Approved! AOTA-approved school-based OT CEUs, that is.

Hey Reader,

If you've been hesitant to register for the 2026 Back to School Conference because you weren't sure if it would count toward your CEU requirements, well, here's some good news.

The event has officially been approved by the AOTA Approved Provider Program for 12 contact hours (1.2 CEUs).

That means when you join us for B2S, you are not only getting practical, school-based OT research, tips, and implementable skills. You are also participating in an approved learning experience that can seamlessly be applied toward your state licensure and NBCOT® renewal.

By the time you are done with the Back to School Conference, you'll have the knowledge to:

  • Expand your impact through MTSS without adding to burnout.
  • Apply sensory integration principles in school-based practice.
  • Evaluate and select AT tools that support student participation.
  • Strengthen OT’s role in secondary transition planning.
  • Connect assessment data to educationally relevant goals.
  • Conduct more neurodiversity-affirming evaluations.

Oh, and don't forget the certificate of completion, resource handouts, and more that you'll also receive as a participant.

The conference brings together real, practicing school-based OT practitioners for two days of virtual learning focused on school-based practice, student participation, and advancing the profession.

If B2S is the right fit for you this year, you can still register for conference-only access or choose Conference + Collab for additional support all year long, starting the moment you register.

Hey Reader, One of the things we heard again and again after last year’s Back to School Conference was this: OTPs love learning from real school-based OT practitioners. Real school-based OT practitioners who seriously know what it feels like to walk into a school building, look at a full caseload, collaborate with teachers, and try to make evidence-informed practice actually work inside real school systems. That feedback stuck with me, and it has shaped this year's Conference. While research...
