Can’t attend every B2S session live?

Hey Reader,

We are officially one month away from the start of the Back to School Conference.

Just one month from learning alongside other school-based OT practitioners about MTSS, neurodiversity-affirming practices, assistive technology, and more!

As we get closer, though, I’ve been getting this question:

"If I can't attend live, can I still watch the Back to School Conference and earn CEUs?"

Short answer: Yes

We fully understand that even virtual conferences compete with family plans, errands, and the fact that sometimes you just need a weekend away from all things OT.

That is why the sessions are recorded and available until November 29, 2026.

Of course, I would love for you to attend live if you can. Live attendance gives you the most direct access to the energy of the event and the opportunity to stay fully engaged across the weekend.

But if you want to watch later, perhaps even while clocked in at work, then go for it!

Plus, sometimes the info just lands better when you are in "work mode" thinking about a specific student, teacher, or evaluation.

That is especially true for topics like MTSS and AT.

So no, you do not have to attend every minute live to benefit from B2S.

And yes, you will still receive your AOTA-approved CEU certificate if you watch all the sessions in replay format.

Until next time,

👋 Jayson

Hey Reader, One of the things we heard again and again after last year’s Back to School Conference was this: OTPs love learning from real school-based OT practitioners. Real school-based OT practitioners who seriously know what it feels like to walk into a school building, look at a full caseload, collaborate with teachers, and try to make evidence-informed practice actually work inside real school systems. That feedback stuck with me, and it has shaped this year's Conference. While research...
